About kbuzz
kbuzz is the place to find out what Korean viewers actually said about each K-drama episode — translated, ranked by upvote, with the source thread linked.
For every currently airing Korean drama, we publish a per-episode page capturing the top reactions from Korean community boards within hours of broadcast. Casting takes, finale debates, that-one-scene memes, plot-twist arguments — all the chatter that usually stays locked behind Korean.
How it works
- Each broadcast, we scrape Korean community threads from theqoo, dcinside drama galleries, and other K-drama forums.
- Comments are ranked by upvote and translated into English. Korean memes and shorthand (ㅋㅋ → kekeke, ㅠㅠ → T_T) are preserved intentionally.
- A short context note explains anything that wouldn't make sense without Korean cultural backdrop.
- Each episode page links back to its drama hub, where you can browse all episodes covered so far.
What a translated comment looks like
Original (Korean)
박지훈 진짜 ㅋㅋㅋ 꿈에서 깨는 그 0.5초가 미친거 아님? 눈썹이 떨리는 거 봐 ㅠㅠ
Translation
Park Ji-hoon really kekeke — that 0.5 second of waking from the dream is insane, right? Look at his eyelid micro-twitch T_T
Meme preservation: ㅋㅋㅋ → “kekeke”, ㅠㅠ → “T_T”. Korean shorthand stays.

이번 화 진짜 미쳤다... 작가가 떡밥 회수 미친듯이 하네. 1화부터 본 사람들은 다 알 거임. 띵작 예감.
Translation
This episode is honestly insane... the writer is closing every plot thread he set up like a maniac. Anyone who watched from Ep 1 will know what I mean. This is shaping up to be a masterpiece (literally "dding-jak", lit. "ding! masterpiece").
Idiom expansion: 띵작 (lit. “ding-masterpiece”, playful Korean spelling of 명작/masterpiece) gets a parenthetical gloss so readers don’t lose the wordplay.

솔직히 캐스팅 최악 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 원작 팬으로서 화남. 다른 사람으로 갔어야
Translation
Honestly, worst casting kekekekeke. As a fan of the original (webtoon/novel), I'm furious. They should've gone with someone else.
No cherry-picking: negative reactions show up too. A “+412 / -88” comment means the community is split — we preserve both numbers so you see the actual reception, not the cheerleading version.
Editorial principles
- Honest snapshots, not highlight reels.Positive, neutral, and critical reactions all show up. We don't cherry-pick to flatter or trash a drama.
- Source-attributed, every comment. The original Korean thread URL is always linked.
- No popups, no autoplay video, no clickbait titles. Just episode pages that load fast and respect your time.
